Shant was terrific. Responsive and pleasant and helpful. Felt like the process mattered to him rather than just ticking the boxes which made a real difference. Had an odd experience with one of his colleagues when we went to the office to sign the contract, but nothing to do with Shant. He was trying to make us as comfortable as possible in the middle of Covid restrictions and they weren’t thinking in that way which was unfortunate, hence 4 stars rather than 5. We rate Shant very highly.
