We had an early termination of a longer lease for a very good tenant who had been selected by ML some years previously, and were pleased that the agents cared for them too. She kept us closely in the loop, indicating to us options as their plans changed, where all 3 of the involved groups were happy could be happy. We were very happy when we saw Mr Marriott's careful response to an unhappy owner who had given difficult demands on a recently 'available' unit: the response of the principal showed in full detail the historical sequences in a very professional manner without humiliating the complainant...
