Great experience!
I recently applied for a new property managed by Marriot and couldn't be happier with the experience! Any messages or calls were answered promptly, the agent Matthew was very responsive and well informed about the property and was a pleasure to deal with. Once my application was confirmed as successful, he was very efficient and clear with the information and next steps and made it all a very easy process. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Well below expectations!
The only service provided is to organise and attend open for inspection 15 min timeslot with poor or no feedback. The landlord provided photos, the text for the advertisements and tried to change the approach to renting process. The only expertise applied is to ask landlord to reduce the rent to as minimum as possible in order to obtain potential tenants. Very unpleasant experience.

100% would recommend!
I would highly recommend using Marriott Lane for property management. We have been working with Matthew Hanlon in the team and he’s fantastic. From our initial encounter, Matthew was very articulate in his approach to property management and how he’d help us find the ideal tenant, which he did in such a short timeframe. While Marriott charges a premium you absolutely get what you pay for and that is excellent service.

Overwhelmingly good in 20+ years of managing our investment property.
Overwhelmingly good in 20+ years of managing our investment property. Couple of blips in the very early days but quickly resolved after engaging with Wayne. In 20+ years have been through a few property managers, thankfully very few tenants, and always regular reports and photos. Sound advice on market trends in terms of fair market rent, and updating the unit a few years ago. We value having met and got to know the owner of the business when we first let the unit out, and Wayne has kept a good rental management team in place and been personally available for any questions or feedback.
