I've been holding back on this review as I usually only send positive reviews and waited for the positives to come to me but it's got worse over time. I honestly can't give any positive feedback as this has been a bad experience for me thus far. Not to put any person on the spot or say anything negative to any individual but I expected way better from a company as great as Marriott. Poor communication on the day of signing the rental agreement, handing over of keys, proper inspection not happening prior to keys being handed over, still waiting on an extra garage remote that was promised to me and emails & phone calls regarding my account that is in arrears which isn't the case and I am disappointed. Not that I expect to be treated like a king but just getting the basics right and proper communication. If I am wrong, tell me and show me the proof and I'll gladly do my part in resolving the issues, ASAP but all I hear from Marriott is when they feel I am in arrears without a proper investigation if that's indeed the case. I've sent numerous emails explaining why I am not in arrears but today again, received an email that I am in arrears... Not happy!

Ms. Sabine Kagramanian was extremely helpful in assisting me to find a standalone house on extremely short notice. I had a series of specific requirements in that I wished for my son to be living with me in an environment that was “nature based“ (ie surrounded by grass and trees) with an enclosed play area, close to his local school, and a reasonable distance from major transport routes etc. Sabine took the time to fully understand these requirements. Sabine was very professional, personable and easy to deal with throughout the transaction, and my family and I felt very comfortable in dealing with her. Sabine promptly responded to all my inquiries regarding the transaction, and quickly prepared all required documentation. As a direct result of Sabine’s assistance, I was able to quickly identify and secure a property that suited my requirements even more than I could have imagined. As a NSW solicitor (admitted 1996) with some experience of dealing with property transactions from a professional standpoint, I understand the multiple client and other work pressures that real estate agents can often face. However, at no stage while dealing with Sabine and her team did I feel pressured or that the process was being rushed. Sabine also took the necessary time to explain to me the effect of the relevant documentation and deadlines, and also to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend Sabine, Shant Komchian (Senior Property Manager) and the rest of the Marriott Lane team to my friends and family as the first point of contact should any of them be wishing to buy or rent property in the North Shore Sydney area.
