They have continued to look after our investment property if an extremely professional manner in all circumstances. The communication, both ways, is always friendly and professional and no problem is too great, or too small, to be fixed ASAP. Their accounts department pays our bills on time, liaises with our local council and engages with local tradesmen at competitive prices when needed. Their monthly and end or year financial statements ensures we are kept up to date in all matter of things. Marriott Lane’s regular inspections of our property ensures our tenant maintains the apartment as expected and gives both the opportunity to discuss future of the tenant and apartment face to face. Our dealings with Shant Komchian as our property manager over the years has been excellent, and I cannot rate with him, or the Agency, higher .

It has been a number of years since we have had a property to rent and finding a suitable agent who is experience and dedicated to property management is often difficult.
