I had become disillusioned with property managers and did not have any great expectations when I handed my unit over to Marriot Lane. What a revelation it has been as to how good a property management team can be! They do exactly what they say they will do. They keep me fully informed when selecting tenants and really I don't know what I could criticise about them.

Excellent property management service. Communication is prompt, requests are actioned immediately, my directions are precisely followed without question. As I live far from the property I need to know that the local agency will act in my absence when required but keep me informed too. It is very important to me that my valuable tenant is looked after well; I have full confidence in Marriott's property management skills.

I have always used Shant for my rental property’s... It is so important for me to have an absolute gentleman to do the work on my rentals given Iam an extremely busy Barrister who does not have the time to deal with all the large and small issues that require the essential attention of a competent agent.
