It's such a great pleasure working with Stuart in my first home journey. I purchased a property under a very new scheme and thus had lot more enquiries than usual. Stuart treated all my enquiries with respect and actively looked for the answers (this is opposite to the other agent who immediately told me my enquiry is weird and that I should change bank). Stuart is very patient, calm and responsive to my texts and emails. He is the best agent I have been knowing. I trust Stuart 100% and would definitely recommend Stuart to everyone. Stuart has been an excellent agent for the sale of my apartment. He was clear and specific from the beginning in terms of potential outcomes and approaches, and explained the pros and cons of any decision required. He quickly resolved any issues that arose, including sourcing reasonably priced suppliers for the preparation of sale and dealing immediately with a utility supply issue when it arose. His communication was regular and thorough with me, providing realistic and considered advice when needed; while managing requests and expectations from a number of potential purchasers with differing needs and many inspections outside planned times. No stretching of the truth, no unreasonable pricing aspirations, no pushing for particular decisions. Happy with the final outcome and the timeframes involved, which all matched what was proposed in early conversations. From the moment I made the decision to sell, there has been no need to return to the apartment, and, in fact, all dealings with Stuart have been remote - online and on the phone, which has saved me a lot of travel and time.
