After going through other agents Chris was able to get me above my asking price when other agents said I wouldn't even come close. I was immediately put at ease and found the whole process stressless! Plus after 4 years on the market with another piece of real estate Chris managed to get an offer for me almost immediately. Have also had my property up with holiday rental and always felt comfortable that property was being taken care of. I csnnot recommend Chris highly enough. He was able to sell my property while I was overseas, although six months earlier then I had planned he found me the ideal buyer who agreed to all my conditions and met my asking price. He was always accessible , clear, thorough and honest in his communication. Not to mention a super nice guy! Thank you Chris !
