Tom is a delightful and very enthusiastic young man. He was always very professional, courteous and completely transparent and honest with us. The communication and feedback was always prompt and very thorough. He knew what was happening with the market and advised us accordingly. He worked very hard to get buyers through the door. We had some trying moments with buyers, but he handled them extremely well and kept us grounded, with a maturity that is a credit to him. We were very happy with Tom and our sales result.

During the whole process of communicating with Jessica Liu, I thought she was very good and excellent. She is sincere, she puts herself in the shoes of the seller and the buyer, and communicates patiently on Sunday. I approached a lot of agencies. I don't like it very much when agencies are not sincere. Because I'm a very sincere buyer. My case is looking at the house for a long time. Everything is ready. I need an agent I can trust and a house I feel is OK with. No house is perfect, but this house I can tell is owned by a very loving family. The owner knows a lot about life. The house is well taken care of. I don't need anything too complicated. Jessica has been very understanding of my requirements. Also very patient to express the requirements of the owner. When my husband had already decided to choose another one, Jessica's patience and sincerity made us continue to choose this house. Anyway, I think it's all fate, all of us, in God's sight.
