I have been using this company since 1997 and I have never at any stage felt the need to look for another agent. They have been thorough in every thing they and have provided me with useful advice and successfully engaged any contractors that were needed to do any maintenance or repairs. Recently I had a change of tenant after a long period of consistent rental and the managing agent for my premises, Poly Michaloudis managed new carpet, painting the entire unit plus some minor maintenance repairs as well as engaged a new tenant with minimum loss of time and money.
