As a Landlord, I've been really happy with MGM Martin in the last year. I've had Asher set up the tenancy and look after it for the last year while I've been out of the country. He was really helping with the set up phase with lots of good advice on how to structure the tenancy. The management from my side has been really smooth. The agents would make the small decisions without me needing to be involved or approve things, making my time zone difference a non-factor in the management. I've been really happy with the service provided and intend to continue to have my tenancy managed by MGM Martin.
