From the minute Sara came to visit the property I knew she was the agent for me. Sara cares about you, your home and what it means to pass on your home to the next owner who will care for it. Loved Sara’s energy, sneak peak videos and beautiful images to show the character of my home. The Marx team handled everything effortlessly and gave me confidence and updated throughout the whole process. So happy with the result and having Sara to guide the way.

I have known Sara for some time during which she sold our 6 vacant blocks of land, our vineyard and finally our home in Moculta. She always acted in a professional manner, was cheerful and kept us up to date with all developments in the process. I would recommend her agency to others looking for a professional and friendly service.

Sara made my experience in purchasing a property at Penrice less painful. Most of the time she returned my calls promptly but when she couldn’t she arranged one of the office staff to ring me. Sara was very helpful with all of my queries and has excellent knowledge of the area. She cares for what her client needs and wants are and she went out of her way to assist me. Thanks Sara and her team.

Another wonderful experience with Sara and the whole team at Marx. Our rental property had been managed beautifully by Marx for years and when we chose to sell it the process could not have been easier. The transition between rental and sale was seamless and the care and respect shown for both our renters and us was second to none. The sale of the property was easy thanks to superior market knowledge and friendly candid and honest communication. Extremely happy with all that Sara and her team offer.

Sara was a pleasure to work with! We had great communication, attention to detail, personalised, friendly and informative service from Sara and her great team at Marx. Overall a very positive stress free experience, and we sold our house in around 8 days!! It is obvious from her enthusiastic approach that she really enjoys what she does. We have no hesitation in recommending Sara and Marx if you are thinking of buying or selling.
