Fantastic professional agent
Sara did a fantastic job selling our property. we tried other local agents for almost 12 months with no success. As soon as we engaged Sara and Marx realestate the difference in approach was black and white Sara even went as far as putting some of her personal home furnishings in our house to help style. they made it easy

Smart woman
Sara went out of her way to accomodate us for viewing. My mum in law is aging and frail after a fall and Sara never rushed her through the property. Spent time explaining the property to but M.I.L and myself. We then brought hubby to view and again Sara explained everything to him. At no time were we rushed through and Sara was happy to accomodate us at anytime.

Very friendly team .i would use Sara and her team again ,her friendly attitude is just the best its like she becomes a member of the family while doing the marketing of your property her secretary was just so helpfull ,all in all they sold our property in a great time frame
