Sara sold my property and I was very happy with the outcome. We got a little more than expected and saved on a lot of unnecessary costs due to her good network of investment buyers. She understands the local market very well. Good communication and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Sara to other vendors.

The team at Marx Real Estate we're great at assisting me in the purchase of my first home. They were able to move swiftly, kept in contact on a regular base so I always knew what stage we were at and were always happy to answer any questions I had at the time. I have had such a good experience with Marx Real Estate that I have chosen them as my agent for renting my property, as of which I have had an equal positive experience. Would happily recommend.

Sara and her team at Marx, Angaston are absolutely superb, they were quick to follow up on any matter we raised by phone call or email and they were all so very helpful! We have sold many houses over the years and Sara is the best agent we have ever had. Sara is very knowledgeable about the Barossa market and gave us 'spot on' advice about when to sell, getting us more money for our home and a quicker sale. We were overseas at the time our house was sold and the process was super easy! Our home sold in less than two weeks! Sara and her team are fabulous if you are looking for an excellent agent, with an efficient back up team to sell your home. Thank you to all the Marx Angaston team we appreciate all the help you gave us.

In her initial appraisal, Sara explained the importance of the presentation of the property on first impressions and which parameters to improve or not. The internet presentation and photos were very professionally done. Sara has a great understanding of the real estate market and property presentation and delivered a persistent marketing pitch which realised a price well beyond all expectations.

Sara and the rest of the team at Marx were extremely helpful with the sale of our property and with the purchase of our new home. Sara was straight forward and honest with her plan of attack and was willing to negotiate on our behalf for any request small or large. She was contactable anytime of the day and even worked through illness to ensure the job got done. For the sale of our previous property, Sara's market knowledge was well founded showing similar properties in the area and having a no nonsense approach. She was open and honest with what was in our best interest, and we would highly recommend others to her and the team. Her administration team were thoughtful and caring helping us through the whole process.
