I was the buyer of this property and I had a excellent experience with Sara. Communicative, professional and always keeping me aware of what was going on with the negotiations and after this towards settlement. I strongly recommend using her in the future.

Sara and her team recently sold our investment property and the process from start to finish was simple, stress free and efficient with the result surpassing all of our expectations. This is our second sale with Sara and her team has managed our rentals for some years now and we can honestly say these processes could not be made any easier with Marx on your team. Thank you again Sara for taking care of everything and for such honest, trustworthy guidance and helping us to achieve the results we have, we wouldn't choose anyone else.

As purchasers, we imagined the agent would focus predominantly on the vendor. This was certainly our experience up until our meeting with the Marx team. After being left feeling deflated and stressed from other agents in the area, Sara restored our faith in the real estate industry. From our first interaction, it was obvious that our situation and circumstances mattered and we were assured by Sara that buying our home should not be so hard. And she was right. The process from beginning to end was seamless and even enjoyable. We hadn’t bought a property in a long time, and so relied on Sara’s knowledge, expertise and patience to guide us through the process. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed or that we were inconveniencing anyone with our inexperience and many questions. Buying and selling a home is a huge event in life and can be an emotional experience. The team at Marx real estate really understand this. We would highly recommend Marx real estate. They truly care about your experience.

We could not be more impressed with our experience with Sara and the Marx team. We received an offer before our first open and it far exceeded our expectations. Sara and her team made the whole process an enjoyable one. I highly recommend Marx to anyone looking to sell.

Sara has been fantastic and very accommodating. As interstate buyers it’s always a challenge trying to find and purchase a home when you’re over 2,000km away. But from our first contact Sara has been very helpful and always kept us informed of how our offer and purchase was processing. And when by chance I happened to be in Adelaide for work she hastily made arrangements for me to see the house. We highly recommend Sara if you’re buying a property.

Professionalism with passion and a heart can be hard to find in the real estate world, yet Sara exemplifies all these qualities. Our beautiful family home in Tanunda was always going to be tough to part with but Sara made us feel at ease in every aspect possible. Sara was enthusiastic, excited and worked hard to achieve the result we desired whilst being caring and trustworthy to all parties involved. Her communication exceeded expectations and she went above and beyond in her role. When unexpected circumstances arose, Sara was proactive in arranging alternative options so everything went smoothly. We couldn’t recommend Sara highly enough to anyone wishing to sell their property.

From the moment Sara entered our home, we knew that we had found a genuine, passionate & professional real estate agent. Sara’s explanation of the sale procedure of our house, the costs involved & the estimated timeline, was honest, detailed & transparent. At all times Sara & her team answered any questions promptly & efficiently & we always felt that Sara had our best interests in mind. Selling a ‘forever home’ is emotional, but this process was seamless & stress free because of the manner in which Sara looked after us & our wishes. Her attention to detail was exemplary & at no stage did we feel pressured or that we were just another client. Sara & the Marx Real Estate team are the real deal if you are looking to purchase or sell a place in the Barossa Valley!
