My partner and I purchased a property from Charles Whiston from Maryanne Birch Real Estate in June 2015. Charles was friendly, professional & more than happy to help out with question regarding the property and what the local area was like. Throughout the process from start to finish I felt that Charles went above and beyond the normal real estate duties, even at times answering question that my solicitor couldn't help with. He was always contactable even in his own personal time. Steve & I would highly recommended Charles when purchasing. a leader, a new generation of salesmen, charles is great.
i was in a real stressful time in my life and a complete novice in real estate, i was nervous from all the horror stories, i knew zero about market and sales expectations and was interested, even less. Then I met Charles. Charles was able to slow it all down, explain difficult things simply, was on call 24/7 and placed my concerns high and genuine. Charles is a great example of, ' if you want to be a really great realtor, do the absolute very best for your clients, work really hard, and genuinely help people' then be really really good at exactly that. Charles is great. I recommend for sure.
