Maryanne Birch Real Estate was established in 1986 when Maryanne sold her half share in the local L J Hooker office to set up an independent agency. From day one the goal was to provide excellent service, and achieve results, which are right for the client, and becoming independent provided Maryanne with this opportunity. Beginning with an established base of loyal clients, Maryanne Birch Real Estate has grown into a thriving local business with a highly experienced Sales Division and specialist Property Management Department. Fast and fuss-free!

Recently purchased a property in Hawthorne, listed with Di. Anyone in the market would be aware of how fast everything moves at the moment, but Di made the process fuss-free. My kids and I are moved in and enjoying our new place! Hopefully I’ll get to buy again with Di soon!

Extremely pleased

I was extremely pleased by the service provided by Di and Maryanne Birch Real Estate. The advice leading up to placing the property onto the market was clear. The marketing strategy was extremely successful. Keeping me informed every step of the way had me feel supported. Di is a person who cares for her clients. I am impressed that she also cares about the person who purchased my property. We are important to Di and not just numbers. I am grateful for the service provided. Even the rental management provided by this agency is superb, especially when for many agents managing property is a poor second to selling property. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of all involved, over many years.
