Great Job Matt!
From the moment I contacted Matt and spoke with him I felt comfortable and knew we had the right man to sell our home. At our first meeting he came prepared and presented us with all the facts, figures, do's and don'ts on how to sell our home. With Matt's market knowledge and truthful appraisal we priced our home and had it sold in a week at the price we had hoped for. No need for open inspections and extensive advertising. I have and would certainly recommend Matt to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property. Thanks Matt, great job!
