Fantastic agent - highly recommend!
Matt helped me purchase my first investment property, as a first home buyer the process of purchasing a property came across as daunting and had plenty of questions coming into purchasing property. Upon meeting Matt I was greeted with a friendly, high motivated and enthusiastic agent that was happy to assist me in whatever issues I had throughout the contract. Matt was realistic and cut to the chase with negotiations applying his knowledge of the area as well as the market potential when agreeing to a price. Matt made my first property purchase a breeze and should I attempt to purchase another property in the future Matt would be my first call 100%
