First rate from start to finish
We met Matt about 6 months before we actually got our house to market. We were embarking on renovations and wanted some local knowledge about the market and making the most of our renovation budget. He provided that in spades, and we felt confident and comfortable engaging Matt as our agent. With the renovations complete, he coordinated all of the paperwork, photographer, signage and more. House was listed on Wednesday, two open houses that weekend and we had a contract in our hands on Tuesday. Matt had set a realistic price range on our house, but with several interested buyers, he secured an offer above our range. Throughout the (albeit brief) process, Matt was in regular contact, providing feedback and information. We could not be happier with the service, communication and outcome of our sale. We have only got glowing praise for Matt and could not recommend him more highly for anyone considering selling.

Was fast and thorough
After springing our sale on Matt and letting him know we had a timeline of a month he got straight to work. Photos and ad was done within a week and the house was sold a week and a half after that. Matt was thorough and always available for questions and has made what would have been very stressful sale into a smooth relatively stress free experience. His knowledge of the market is unparalleled and he was willing to help us any way he could, he is surrounded by a great team who make the whole package amazing! Well done guys!
