We engaged Matt to sell our investment property, although there were issues with the property Matt never stopped working to overcome our issues. Not an easy sale by any means but Matt's experience and skills saw a successful sale completed. Would recommend Matt to any potential sellers.

We have, over the years, purchased and sold over twenty homes/ apartments. Therefore we have dealt with many agents. We would recommend using Matt to any future sellers or buyers, as we found him to always strive to achieve the best price for the vendor as well as ensuring that the buyer is given all the selling features of the property as well as the latest prices paid for homes in the immediate vicinity as well as prices of similar properties to the one under consideration. Matt has a great personality,and makes you feel at ease, whilst you are either viewing the property, or negotiating the purchase price. He also follows up on any commitments he makes to you. We found, he also contacts you after the sale is made, to ensure that you have settled into your new home and that you are completely happy with the way his Company, as well as he, has handled your purchase.

My husband and I purchased our house in 2004 from Matt Tennant at Century 21 Redland Bay. He listened to what we were after and found us the perfect house. After living there for 10 years it was time to move on and there was no question that Matt was the right person to sell it for us. We were right.
