Andrew valued the house and told me me what I could expect. It only took two open days, the first being very well attended as it was a house that a beginner could get at the right price and then do a little bit of work to. are it in a modern home, although it was only 53 years old. There was one second inspection and the hose sold, in just 6 days. Andrew kept me up to date every other day and followed up the sale etc right to the end when payment was made, in just 30 days. Can't fault him for what he did considering he was under great stress owing to family death. Great work Andrew. I would use him again if I ever had to sell another property Ken Arnold.

From the start, his energetic team took of the process of selling our house, and we can honestly state that we were delighted with the price that was negotiated for our property, and the extremely short period of time that Andrew and his support staff found buyers for us. For us, it was extremely satisfying to have this high standard of Agent acting on our behalf.
