Alan was fantastic to work with to sell our house! Very reliable and always made such a effort to keep us up to date with everything. We were very nervous about selling our first home however Alan was very supportive and assured us that it would all work out. Alan sold our house for a great price within a week which was fantastic!

We wouldn't consider using anyone else
Alan Holmes recently helped us sell our Chirnside Park property, he had guided us through the building process with a confident ease, and now it was time to find a new owner. Sale of our Home in the Gateway Estate
We first met Alan some 20 years ago when we were looking to purchase a new home in the Lilydale area. Experience been a vendor was made easy with Alan and his PA Ruth.
You always feel comfortable working with a gentleman whom has over 20 years in this direct area with a high support group who always returns for assistance in purchasing or selling other properties within this estate! From initial appraisal the input and suggestions Alan provided reassured us in our preparation of property prior to sale, if Alan was unsure he always had someone in the background ready to help! Once contract was signed Alan informed step by step updates as date drew closer to listing property onto market, multiple inspection prior to going live on internet! Once online we had 2 open inspects morning and late afternoon with 22 families through on first open and a further 7 in afternoon off to a great start and by Wednesday 5 offers on the table! Alan spent the time to go through each offer making our experience in choosing the correct buyer for our property! Timely results, honest service.
Once we were put into contact with Alan, he immediately told us what he knew of the area, the local market values and have honest feedback to what our expectations were. He provided a few strategy options for us to choose from and inform of the cost of each without hesitation. Alan followed through on what he said he would do in short order and followed up with us at each step. We felt in the loop throughout the process and from an initial offer to further securing two higher offers through his negotiations experience he achieved above the expected price we initially discussed. Very happy with the service and experience provided by Alan and his team. Strongly recommend him to anyone considering getting on board with Alan.

Professional and Positive
Alan sold us our current home and could not have been more helpful. So we chose him to sell our home when it became time to move on.
