Honest and very easy to work with

Not Just a Real Estate Agent
Sue is not just a real estate agent, she is a member of our community, and therefore a friend. Passing in the street we would stop and chat; talking about about family, the local community and the happenings further a field. When it came time to talk and act directly on real estate matters we contacted Sue, and she got the job done. Everything related to sale of our Montrose property was passed by us first before being set in train; nothing was assumed. Sue's real estate skills and knowledge are excellent, even when we spoke to other real estate agents further out in the Yarra Valley where we were looking to buy, everyone spoke extremely highly of her. Fabulous agent
I have been lucky enough to now purchase 2 properties from Sue and sell one with her. Sue's knowledge of the areas she represents is very accurate. I have witnessed her negotiating skills when dealing with difficult people, not only through my dealings, but also with other dealings that have occurred.
