We needed a local realtor to help sell our house , we invited “Three” companies to inspect the property and advise a realistic price , one was way to high in the current market and two where very similar . We chose David and didn’t look back . Why did we choose David Punctuality honesty, and most importantly local knowledge .the house was sold at the price we wanted and then we dealt with the ladies in the office until settlement . From start to finish they we exceptionally professional, would I use them again to sell my next house? Absolutely five stars. Anybody out there wants to sell a house in the Cannington and surrounding areas would be silly not to use them.
