Roberto is a real professional! His communication was clear and was succinct in all our interactions. Highly knowledgeable of the industry and was honest and transparent. The apartment was a tough sell due to the extremely blocked view. Roberto put in consistent work around the clock and did whatever it took to bring a suitable buyer and us to an agreeable price. He also made multiple trips to our relocated home to discuss things in person, deliver and/or pickup items to complete the transaction. Although he was busy, he would return calls or messages as soon as he was available and depending on the urgency of the matter. Great professional service and highly recommend Roberto as an agent!
