The sign went up just before Christmas but the online campaign started in January. We endured weekends with Australia Day, Lunar new year, back to school and a long weekend in March. Then came Covid19!! All throughout David and Roberto kept a calm, positive yet realistic demeanour. We could ask anything and they were polite and informative throughout the process. They said they'd get us out and they did (in a different kind of market). Happy to recommend them to sellers in Ferndale.

Well, this is not the first time I deal with David but it is the first to do so under these difficult circumstances 'cos of the Covid-19 situation. Also I was overseas the whole time under the marketing and sale procedures of my property. Now I can only say that the professionalism of David (and his team) once again came through. So at the end I got the market value price under the conditions mentioned above and there were no headaches along the way. Also negotiated the surplus furniture and household goods for me as well.
