Hi Mark. Yourself and your team are so well versed in what their function is. Right from the outset continuing through the various stages of preparation, house presentation, photo shoot, open home inspection through the legal set up to contract preparation, negotiation, through to the final stage of settlement. Throughout all stages I have not had to leave my home once or was there any inconvenience experienced. I personally felt at ease with yourself, or even feeling I was like a friend whom I have known for several years. All aspects of my home sale have been flawless. I congratulate yourself and team members on a very pleasant experience. Please pass my thoughts and sincere thanks to all concerned. You personally, are a gentleman with high integrity who knows the business inside out. You have the ability to communicate with your client at their level. I not once felt that you were encouraging me to get the sale. I also trusted what I told you would be relayed to the buyers or wherever the information was intended for. I congratulate you for the person who you are. Regards Shonee, Chirong and Joe.

I couldn’t recommend McCann Properties highly enough! Selling a property can be a pretty stressful experience, but Mark, Shannon and the entire team made selling my unit a smooth and straight forward process. They got my property listed within a few days, the photos turned out fantastic, Mark kept in touch regularly and after every open home, Shannon made sure all the background details were sorted. I wanted to sell quickly and get a good price—happily, both goals were achieved. If you are looking at selling your home or unit, then you'll definitely have a positive experience and outcome with McCann properties.

Mark McCann and his team expertly handled the sale of our home with professionalism and empathy. Right from the outset Mark was communicative and trustworthy. Everything he said he would do he did, unlike past Real Estate experiences. His knowledge of the area made us feel comfortable with the decisions we made to prepare the house for sale and as such the house sold in under a week! We would not hesitate to recommend McCann Properties to anyone in the Tuggeranong area. You will not be disappointed.

We recently sold an investment property in Canberra and had an outstanding experience with Mark and Shannon. As a small agency, we always felt looked after and never like “just another client.” Mark’s valuation was spot-on from the start, and both he and Shannon, communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process. It wasn’t just us that they looked after, but also our tenants which we unfortunately had to cut the lease short so it was a delicate situation. We were kept well informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t fault a single thing — truly top-quality service and highly recommended.

I am one very happy vendor and cannot speak highly enough of the advice and guidance Mark provided to me throughout the sales campaign and the auction process for my home. That advice even included tips on preparing my home for sale! Mark has a way of bringing calm to an otherwise really stressful process. Mark’s knowledge of the Canberra market is second to none and his feedback from open homes was prompt, comprehensive and genuine. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark to anyone seeking an honest, reliable, master communicator and expert sales agent to assist with the sale of their home in the Tuggeranong area.

Mark and Shannon from McCann properties helped guide us through the entire selling process to make it go as smooth as possible for us. Getting the right people involved from quality tradespeople to excellent and flexible stylists. Whilst we had to reset our expectations during a difficult market timing, we are glad Mark persisted throughout, knowing it was difficult to face the prospect of open homes with no attendees. Having found the right buyer, we were able to get a good result and outcome for all. The entire exchange and settlement process went at an incredible turnaround due to the effort of McCann Properties. Mark was crucial in keeping our mind at ease and negotiating the sale for us. We are very thankfull to Mark and the team. Not only did the market factors have a play, but we still see other unsold properties on the market with other agents that were advertised far longer than ours. He has sound knowledge of the Erindale and Tuggeranong areas. Thanks Mark and we’d recommend Mark for selling or buying your property in ACT.
