We consulted 3 different agents before making a decision to go with Jill. From day one, Jill and her team has shown a lot of experience and knowledge in the market, the team is very professional, transparent and easy to talk to. Jill also provided great suggestions on how to decorate our place to make it more inviting, and also very accommodating on our chosen inspection times. We are very happy with the results, specifically the long settlement period which Jill and the team negotiated for us, which made a huge difference for us when moving. p.s. The reason we also picked Mcconnell Bourn is that they are professional and good people to deal with. Unlike other agencies in the area, which we also dealt with when we were in the market to buy. If you are looking to sale your property don't go with Richardson & Wrench and Chadwick. They have some pretty rude and dodgy agents!
