Professional, knowledgeable, great communicator

I chose to market my property with Andrew as he’d built a great professional relationship with me in the 18 months prior. Not keen to sell before securing a property during the crazy price rises of covid Andrew was one of the agents I met when a property to buy had been sourced. When he realised I was nervous about buying at auction, he offered to bid for me. This he did, very kindly. Unfortunately that particular property sold 30% above the guide. For the next 18 months he checked in occasionally simply by forwarding good listed properties meeting the brief in the areas in which he knew we were looking. When the market slowed, I decided to to sell first. Of course I chose Andrew! Again he, working together with Jenny Han, more than delivered. Andrew is a true professional; a great communicator, realistic and clear. I appreciated that throughout the whole 18 months the only person from MB to contact me, or who I needed to call, was Andrew. He explained the strategy well, I trusted it, and it worked - successfully selling at a busy auction. Once the auction was over he provided invaluable advice over the next 3 days enabling us to successfully secure our next property. I highly recommend Andrew.
