Agent selling House
Brendan started off setting realistic expectations demonstrating knowledge of the local market. He always returned call when not immediatley available which was appreciated. The sale was closed very quickly after the house was put on the market.

Honest and trustworthy
Our experience purchasing a property from Tom was excellent. We found Tom to be honest, straightforward, responsive, efficient and supportive. We felt we could trust Tom and found his recommendations to be very helpful. He went the extra mile to enable us to video inspect a property during COVID, and facilitated a smooth transaction even from a distance. We highly recommend Tom as a real estate agent!
