Being the first time I have dealt with Brendan, I found him to be friendly, courteous and totally professional. He has gone out of his way during the negotiations and settlement to ensure all my needs were met. My finances took a little longer then normal to finalise and it was only through Brendan's relationship with the vendor that they agreed to giving me two weeks extra before putting the house back on the market. Brendan has always been accommodating in regards to organizing access to the property for pest inspections etc and assisting promptly with any queries I had. I will be recommending Brendan to any family and friends going forward who are looking for a property or wanting sell. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Living in another state and having to deal with a relative's house sale in Victoria seemed like a process that would have it's challenges. After chatting with another agent in Ky and coming away from it rather annoyed and wondering where to now, by chance I bumped into Brendan when he was leaving an open inspection he was holding. The initial 15 minute chat was very reassuring and resulted in me contacting him 6 months later after the property was ready to list. Brendan McConnell and Daryl Wiltshire came over to meet and view the house and after 20 short minutes we signed with them. The professional advise given, the patience shown and general enjoyment of doing their job was obvious in no time. Being interstate didn't cause either of us grief as the communication lines were open 24/7 with good knowledge given whenever a question or concern was had.
