Kyli was brilliant to work with when selling our father's estate. Kyli was always available when needed. Understood our needs and keep us informed with regular updates. Property add was well written. Sale and settlement was property was quick and easy. Would have no hesitation in recommending Kyli if looking to sell or buy a property in Bowen.

From the first encounter to the final Kyli makes you feel like you are No 1 and selling your house is the most important house to sell. Kyli goes the extra mile to ensure you have the right buyers. We have been privileged to not only sell our house but buy it through Kyli 5 years ago and again we as buyers were given her 5 star treatment. I would not use anyone else. Professional honest and a full understanding of your needs and the current market. Well done not enough words to express how seemless she made our sale. Thank you

Kyli was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Kyli has great local knowledge which helped with the sale. A couple of our family commented that the photos and lack of video did not do the property justice.
