The house that I have just sold, after being on the market for 10 years, had only been in Kyli's hands for a year. After a stagnating market in Bowen and being constantly overlooked by potential buyers when in the hands of other Real Estates, Kyli was in constant touch with me throughout the year, giving me marketing advice, sending me monthly information about sales of like houses in Bowen, letting me know when prospective buyers showed interest in the house, and encouragement. Yes, the price was brought down many times throughout the time it was on the market to meet the current market (at that time), but this was done with Kyli's expertise in market trends and suggestions. Kyli has been so easy to work with on the sale of my property, giving information and advice on how to navigate through the sale when it came, with me living 1200 kms away from Bowen .. this made it a stress free time for me because I knew that I always had Kyli there to answer any questions that I may have had (and did have!) and I was always comfortable with having her as my Real Estate Agent.
