I've dealt with Tracey previously when buying in the area, and had no hesitation to work with her again for the sale of my property. She was extremely capable, with a good understanding of the local market. She went the extra mile in assisting me with respect to pre-sales activities prior to the property going on the market and her communication with me throughout the process was regular and consistent. When she said she'd get back to me, or follow up with an action, she always did. She also went the extra mile in assessing other similar properties on the market to determine potential interest, selling ranges, possible buyers, etc. All in all, Tracey was a great agent to work with and I would not hesitate to work with her again in purchasing, selling, or leasing & managing a rental property.

Right from the start of our campaign Dino was very engaging, with suggestions on how to market our property. He kept us informed as to how many were inspecting the property on what days and their feedback after inspections, and follow ups on Monday mornings. He made himself available to prospective buyers seven days a week, showing the house to one couple on a Sunday morning, and another couple after dinner one night. Dino was professional and very caring to our anxiety levels as it got closer to the auction date. I would highly recommend Dino and his team to sell your house.
