I am writing to recommend Simon Cookson of McDonald Upton Real Estate in Essendon. We asked Simon to handle the sale of my family home at 26 Ogilvie Street in Essendon. Now this project was not easy as we wanted the campaign commenced just after Christmas when people were on holiday, and our gardens ruined by a hot and dry Melbourne summer. Simon addressed the task with gusto. His appraisal was extremely realistic, giving us confidence that we could rely on Simon’s estimate, as we were buying elsewhere. Simon personally handled all of the inspections which was comforting. The auction was a total success. In our case the purchaser came out of the blue, and the auction result was generated by an excellent attendance on the day. The fact that Simon followed up every enquiry diligently was very important.
