It was a very big, and very emotional decision to sell our family home of 24 years. But I'm so glad we chose McDonald Upton as our agents. Paul has been fantastic. Calmly talking us through each stage, making our options clear, providing practical support when we needed it. Paul has great communication skills and good instincts. Timing and negotiation are the crucial attributes you want from your agent. Paul definitely delivered. We couldn't be happier. Paul's other great strength is his leadership which is demonstrated by the great team he has around him and the guidance and support they provided. Nicole and Carolyn were wonderful. Preparing your house to show it at its best is an intense process and an emotional roller coaster. Nicole and Carolyn were there each step of the way providing advice, practical assistance and coordination. They were also there to mop up the meltdowns along the way! I am very grateful for their down to earth and genuine approach. Everyone else we dealt with were friendly, helpful and efficient. So I would have to agree, boutique is better.
