Joe is the consummate professional when it comes to real estate. Has plenty of experience in the game, but does it all with humility and style. Quickly builds great rapport with potential clients, and doesn't go in with the usual hard selling style which is a turnoff to many. A more laid back style, but then willing and ready to roll up the sleeves at the right time to get the job done.
