My house sold in less than 2 weeks at the exact price Jacob had estimated based on his superb market knowledge. Jacob communicated with me honestly & frequently through out the entire process until settlement. Jacob successfully negotiated with 2 potential buyers to gain the best result in the shortest time frame. Jacob ran 2 open houses on Saturdays & inspections in the mid week evenings. When other Real Estate agents had finished work for the day Jacob kept working to fit in with the times when potential buyers were free for inspections.
