James was a pleasure to deal with when we recently purchased a property at Sunrise @ 1770. He made time for us, considered what we were looking for & made the effort to listen. He was honest, professional & very timely with his responses to our questions. At no time did we feel pressured into anything with James & that’s one thing that can be annoying with a real estate agent. He lives on his phone- it never took more than a minute for him to reply & that’s important in this busy climate. I can't recommend James highly enough! As we were new to the area he took time to give us a tour of the the different suburbs and a great general overview of the local property market. He was fantastic at listening to our needs and finding us properties to suit. In fact, I think he worked out what we wanted before we did! We were on the market for several years and every couple of months I would visit the town and Tim would show me around to all the properties that suited my plans. He was extremely patient and always relaxed whilst giving us some great local information. Even when our plans changed and we decided to go from looking at blocks to houses, Tim knew what we were looking for, even before we did !
