Hi Grant, Sorry did get back straight away but would like to say thanks again for all your help in the purchase off Dillon Road. being on the other side off the country (Perth) anything could have gone wrong, but with your help and you recommending the build inspection company and settlement /conveyancing company, we were surprised all went smooth . Also you doing the final inspection with videos on our behalf was great help us to arrange the renting back by the owner was fantastic .
