We were the buyers and Sue was the seller's agent. She did a good job for her client by doing a great job for us. Our first contact when we called her out-of-hours to inquire about a new listing and she took our call and arranged a showing on the next day. During that initial showing she allowed plenty of time and was sufficiently knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. We made an offer a bit over the ask price, subject only formal inspection, and she went to her client and came back with an acceptance the same day. She was very accommodating regarding access for our inspector. As matters moved forward, there were questions from our solicitor and Sue was always prompt to respond. We wanted to order new carpet and new blinds before the closing date and, again, she was extremely accommodating about giving us access. The same was true for unlocking gates and turning off the power to allow for the final meter reading. Because of work commitments, we were unavailable the day of closing and she was kind enough to come to our apartment the next day to drop off the keys to us. Thank you Sue!
