From the very beginning of our journey to sell our home James clearly showed his knowledge and experience of the housing market in the Northern Beaches. He had a very hands on approach to the marketing and attended the photo shoots to insure the property was portrayed in the best possible way. During the campaign James kept us fully up to date with prospective buyers and comments from inspections. He guided us through difficult pricing decisions and helped us manage our expectations. While there are very few buyers in the upscale price range, James was able to identify true prospects and worked very hard to bring about a sale that met both our needs and those of the buyer.
