For me the most important skill for an agent is communication. James' communication skills are fantastic. He's always available, always follows through on what was promised and overall made the process of selling far more easy. We chose Adrian Venturi as our agent as we had purchased our house from Adrian in Bilgola 7 years ago. Adrian has the knowledge of the area to be able to sell the property at the best possible price. Adrian showed professionalism through the campaign and was always on hand when certain unforeseen issues arose.
