Lyndall Barry. Respectful, conscientious, professional and diligent. I can say with absolute confidence that they do not come any better. Lyndall assisted and me with the purchase of a family home in the Northern Beaches. I have bought and sold many properties over the years however, I’ve never had an agent offer to do research and assist with a market appraisal, on another house we were also viewing. As a rule, I generally steer away from properties that are going to auction. Lyndall was aware of this and was both responsive and attentive to all emails/text exchanges - late at night and on the weekend. I felt very comfortable with Lyndall. It is not necessary for a buyer to like your real estate agent although dealing with someone that you do like and respect, does make the whole process a great deal easier. Having bought and sold four properties over the course of the last sixteen years, Lyndall is by far the best agent I’ve worked with. I could not recommend her more highly.
