There is absolutely no point looking beyond McGraths for your R/E needs. If kissing toads is your thing you MAY strike it lucky with a Prince - but why waste your time… a toad, is a toad, is a toad!!! Go straight to the best! You pay for what you get in this world. If other Realtors have said “we can sell your house for X$” and then give you a bedtime story that “oh it’s about volume” & “oh the market is saying X”- they haven’t lived up to their promise - you’re wasting your time and money - we had this experience first hand! We moved to Adrian who had a wealth of experience and didn’t just talk the talk but walked it. If you want a used car salesman to sell your home don’t call McGraths, but if you want someone that has a brain, see’s you as a friend and is happy to give up his own time away from his own family to guide you through a process whilst always always imparting knowledge, honesty with integrity then you can’t go beyond this guy. Adrian didn’t pull any punches and given all the rubbish we’d been fed from others like “oh we have buyers just in the next suburb” ha really!!! (NO) and “trust me, this is what I do” 🤦♀️ The promises from time wasters are endless, not him, a no BS, up front, clear and concise statistician that understands the market first, his vendors/buyers needs & isn’t afraid to say “the $ we see is based on X not Y (fairytales / dreaming)”. Do yourself a favour, life & selling is hard, but why waste time (& money) on pelicans that just want you to lower your expectations to feed their “agent ratings”! Mcgraths are in it for you, to help you on your journey, and for that we’ll be eternally grateful. Don’t experience our regret - we wish we met him first - then we wouldn’t have wasted money and time with other Agent’s and our journey would have been far different!
