This was the second property we have bought in Bilgola Plateau and we watch the market like a hawk with Adrian across every whisper in the suburb. When Adrian alerted us that our dream property was off-market, we acted fast but importantly Adrian made sure that the two ends of the negotiation got the outcome both wanted. We obviously wanted the property, but it was important to quickly get the vendor on the same page which is hard to do so early on in a campaign and with the unknowns of potentially getting more or less by waiting. He also made it happen when he was working in New Zealand, late at night and in the cold outside a restaurant. This commitment was absolutely essential and in the vendor's best interest but painfully as buyers knew he got the vendors the best result as we were emotionally invested at that point which may have waned the longer it went on and we took our chances of it going to market.

McGrath is not the biggest agent in Palm Beach but by the measures of service, professional understanding of the market and approach to it, they are the best we have encountered. In our view selling a property requires constant attention to detail, listening to buyers and following your property's individual sales plan Plus James and Luke have an honest approach to selling and are nice blokes as well.
