We had been hunting in the Bilgola area for 2-3 years with no luck. Prices moving at a faster rate than the bank could keep up. Also we got outbidded at one auction - with many bidders. Adrian was sympathetic to our situation - even though he is paid by the vendor, not the buyer. However- if he can bring both the seller and buyer together in a win win - then we all benefit - as in our case - in the end. Our purchase has some compromises - but overall it ticks almost all the boxes and feels just right. We appreciate his approach.
