I recently decided to put my beachfront property at Mona Vale up for sale and met with a number of agents before deciding to contract with McGrath Pittwater’s Lauren Garner and James Baker. Prior to doing so I had made enquiries of other vendors that had sold their properties through this agency and received positive feedback. My property fell within the prestige section of the market and as such there is a finite number of prospective purchasers in that price bracket and I started to get a little anxious as I had already purchased elsewhere. I had developed a high level of confidence in Lauren Garner, who together with James, assured me all was on track. True to their word they had the property sold within the stated timeframe, much to my great relief. I have been extremely impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Lauren through this sales process, who also happens to absolutely delightful person whose sense of humour kept me smiling through what would have been a very stressful process.
