James listed my property. He is such a lovely person to deal with, great local knowledge of comparable sales & was happy to assist at any time. His office staff are equally helpful & knowledgeable about your property & always eager to help you when James or Adrian were not in office. Dealing with everyone at McGrath Avalon was easy & professional. The property sold quickly with purchasers on their books.

From the minute James walked in the door to do an appraisal of our home I straight away felt comfortable that he was the agent along with Lauren to handle the sale process. James was always available to offer suggestions and was honest in everything to do with the sale. James is more than an agent, he acts as a friend to help guide you through. I highly recommend James to anyone seeking the services to sell your home.

I have sold numerous properties over the years and can honestly say the service I received, not just during the sale process but also the after sales service was second to none. I highly recommend Lauren if you’re looking for an agent you can trust the sale of your property to.

James Baker is an amazing, honest and diligent agent. But he would be nothing without Lauren by his side. Lauren was amazing through the process and acted as a fantastic go between for myself and the buyer. The buyer was in treated in purchasing furniture etc and Lauren handled the whole process like a champ. Thanks Lauren

Adrian guided us through the process of selling my deceased fathers property. He was recommended to us from a good friend who had engaged Adrian to sell their property, and had been very pleased with his honest approach and diligent service. My experience with Adrian was the same. From the very beginning he took great time in explaining all the processes involved in selling our house, and what he considered was the best approach and most importantly, why he thought so. He did everything he said he would do, and he kept us thoroughly informed on all activity throughout the marketing campaign. He worked hard and i believe took pride in delivering the best service he was capable of. We ended up with a great result, and i would recommend anyone to employ his services, as he is honest and he delivers.

We have bought and sold in Avalon a few times and I try my absolute hardest to do it all with James. You want a bloke who’s straight then you can’t do better than James and his team. If you want to know what he’s like as a bloke just ask the happy bunch who work with him. They’re lovely.
