Great Knowledge Professionalism and Service
I recently sold my house through Chris Andrews and feel compelled to write and express my sincere gratitude. I could not have been more impressed with the service, knowledge, and honesty that I received. Chris visited my house several times and gave me suggestions on how I could improve my home's marketability and provided his honest opinion of it's worth. Once a client is “signed-up”, many agents see this as their opportunity to sit back and relax but Chris is the exact opposite. He kept me informed every step of the way leading up to my sale and he regularly called in to let me know exactly what was happening. Throughout the campaign, Chris made himself available twenty four hours a day. I felt comfortable calling him at anytime and he was always contactable and not once did we have to deal with anyone else in the office or leave messages. This proved his dedication to selling my property With several buyers interested in my property, Chris negotiated and organised everything for me. He absorbed all the stress and one night he phoned at 10.00pm to let me know the latest offer he had just received! How many other agents offer that sort of "after hours" service? - None that I have dealt with previously. After 3 weeks of my house being for sale, Chris exceeded my expectation for the price he got me - a fantastic result all round. Chris's professionalism and service is first class and his style is, as other agent's should aspire to be - without pretence or fuss, just great results.
